The 2026 Order of Merit champion will be crowned, and the final standings will be determined at the season finale.
The postponement of the PIF Saudi International, traditionally the last tournament in the Asian Tour’s annual schedule, means that the Philippine Open presented by Philippine Sports Commission will now be the 2026 season finale for the Asian Tour.
The tournament at Manila Southwoods Golf & Country Club (Masters Course) from November 12-15 will therefore determine the 2026 Order of Merit champion and final standings.
Cho Minn Thant, Asian Tour CEO, concluded, “The Philippine Open presented by Philippine Sports Commission will now have added excitement as our season-ending tournament, deciding the standings of our Order of Merit, the pinnacle achievement on the Asian Tour. We’re excited to crown our 2026 champion in Manila, the region’s oldest national open which returns this year with record prize money of US$1million. The Asian Tour Order of Merit rewards outstanding play and consistency throughout the season, offering players multiple pathways to compete at the highest levels the following season on the Asian Tour and around the world.”
The Asian Tour is looking forward to working with our partners and stakeholders in the Philippines to make sure that the region’s oldest national open is bigger and better than ever before as our closing tournament of the year.
